sad but true... poeple do leave... there are people we meet for a certain time and reason, after we've known the reason or their mission in our life, there surely will come a time that they'll also leave...

i've finally finished wathcing the second season of OneTreeHill... and yes, my addiction goes on... i'm now craving for more. i'm looking forward to watching the next 3 seasons though i do not have my own dvd copies yet. but i'm planning to buy maybe next week.. hehe :P

one of the things i liked about this series is the narration part everytime a new episode starts. why? because there are qoutes recited mostly by Lucas (Chad Michael Murray) from known writers, poets and philisophers regarding reflections on several issues like family, love, friendship, anger/hate/revenge, jealousy, envy, trust, faith, etc. which to me are really very essential. not just because i'm more of a senti(mental) person, but because those words are really striking and true...

i know this is kind of late.. the 1st season of the series has been aired i think 4 years ago.. but i have just started watching it last week.. and i watched it just because of chad michael murray (i love him... hahaha :P)... now i'm hooked and i have been drowning in addiction...

i bought my own dvd copy and started watching last monday. just as i expected, there were lots of kissing and makin' out scenes, like the usual american series. but the story was nice, infairness. it was mainly about two boys with the same father who grew up in tree hill separately because they had their own families. the elder son, lucas, grew up with his mother, karen, who was runnign a small cafe while the younger son, nathan, grew with his mom, deb and father, dan (who was also lucas' father) who has a car dealership. lucas and nathan crossed paths when lucas became a part of the high school varsity team where nathan is the star player. basketball runs in the veins of both boys which they both inherited from their father dan who knew nothing but to draw their lives apart. it turned out that lucas was a son he didn't want to claim, so he left them after finding out that karen was pregnant and went to deb who after 3 months became pregnant as well with nathan... the story will then revolve amongst 5 teenagers whose lives are interconnected. Lucas and Nathan who are half brothers, Hailey is Lucas' bestfriends and Nathan's wife, Peyton (Nathan's ex-gf) and Brooke are bestfriends who apparently fell for the same guy, Lucas...

hmmm... so far i'm liking it.

and now, it's not only because i see chad... hehe :P

but the story itself i think is good. i have just finished the first season. i'm currently watching the 9th episode of the second season... let's wait and see if i'll be looking forward to watch the next seasons...
