i hate mondays!!!

so far i can say everything's quite fine... not so good... but fine...

my AHT for the nth time is at high... just like the usual start i have every month... i started taking in calls last monday only, so it has just been a day for now... and monday had always been the long weird irate calls day based on experience... and for this reason, i really hate mondays!!! this has always been the start of my struggle...

i'm not that worried yet since there are still more days to come... after all, it's just been a day... i'm sure i'll recover soon... hopefully, there'll be another systems down day... wehehehe :P
